The ROUST WORLD SO silent linear slide is a high-periormance linear slide developed on the basis ofa four-row single-arc contact design to enhance competitive advantage. The SO linear slide with self-developed technology is equipped with a patented synchronous coupling with oil storage function, whichcan effectively reducenoise during operation, improve running smoothness, life and lubrication efficiency.The s0 linear slides with self-developed technology have wider industrial applicability and are moresuitable for high-tech industries with high speed, quiet and low dust demand.


Features

Low noise design

With the synchronous coupling, the balls can be evenly spaced, the metal impact between the balls andthe balls disappears, and the sharp high-frequency sound intensity is effectively reduced (see the lowerleft figure). The combined noise intensity is effectively reduced by approximately 7.7 dB in each speedrange compared to the old series (see figure below right).


Self-lubricating design does not require oil

The patented synchronous coupling is designed with an oil storage space in the middle of the partition,which can supply the steel ball for lubrication during operation, and can uniformly replenish the lubricatingoil in the oil storage space when passing through the direction turming portion, and continue to be evenlydistributed. Lubricate the steel balls, so the frequency of replenishing the lubricant can be effectivelyreduced. After testing, high-performance lithium soap-based grease was added at the factory, and it couldbe used for more than 4000 kilometers under the dynamic load rating of 0.2 times without fatigue damage.Therefore, high-performance grease is added at the time of shipment, and maintenance is required undernormal normal use to ensure the life of the grease.

Conventionally, the linear slide without the synchronous coupling starts to move, and the steel ball on theload side moves first, and then pushes the steel ball in the direction of the rotating part and the unloadedside, causing a chain back and forth collision, so that the frictional resistance fluctuates drastically.The SBlinear slides using our technology have all the steel balls in the same cycle connected together because ofthe synchronous coupling.When the slider starts to move, all the steel balls start almost at the same time,and there is no back and forth collision between the steel balls. Under a certain degree of motion inertia,the range of variation of frictional resistance can be effectively reduced.


High speed design

The spacer design of the synchronous coupling eliminates the mutual friction between the ball andthe ball, and the patented SMAGIC design provides a circular line contact between the ball and thesynchronous coupling,which reduces the contact area between the two, thereby effectively reducing friction. The resistance makes the silent linear slides have excellent high speed performance.
